Kin Leung

Kin Leung has over 22 years’ experience in China, Hong Kong and Macau, specializing in project management in new build schemes—large mixed-use developments in the Greater Bay Area, Luxury Housing, Water Parks, Theme Parks, Theatres, Civil Engineering projects, five-star hotels and casino resorts. Large-scale new development projects in Hong Kong, Macau and China (Disney HK, Venetian Hotel, Ocean Park, MTR South Horizon Station) and extensive experience working with international architects and engineers including Arquitetonica, Aecom, Callison RTKL, Atkins, Woods Bagot and Forrec. Hands-on experience in managing the complete design and build of large integrated projects, while also possessing detailed understanding of the infrastructure design required for mixed-use developments including digital and physical infrastructure to support all the different building functions (Waste Management, Traffic Management and Maintenance requirements).

Clement Yee graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of professional experience, focusing on project and design management, particularly skilled at large-scale projects across various disciplines in Hong Kong and the PRC, including mixed-use developments, large-scale shopping malls, high- and low density residential projects. Clement considers clients’ needs, integrates resources, and provides professional advice to create ideal user-oriented spaces.

Mr Joe Lui has over 20 years professional experience participated in numerous award wining major projects in London, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and China. Being expertise across a board range of sectors including master planning, urban design, large scale mixed use development, education, workplace, retail and hospitality development. Joe oversees all strategic aspects and stages of each project from concept to delivery of the works.
